All Swimwear orders are posted 1-2 business days after ordering
All Lingerie orders are posted 2-5 business days after ordering as they are handmade in our Sydney Studio.
Regular service with Australia Post (2-7 days)
Express service with Australia Post (1-2 days)
Both services are tracked postage services
Express Delivery: 2-4 days using DHL express service
- BYDEE does not refund, although if you are unhappy with your order we do offer exchanges, please email us in order to lodge an exchange inquiry. you must notify us via email within 7 days from receiving your order.
- Return package must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number), BYDEE is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning the product.
- Customers will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping when exchanging or refunding.
- Exchange and returns will only be accepted for items in their original condition, BYDEE holds the right to refuse exchange for damaged or soiled garments.
- BYDEE does not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items
